Motion Tile Precomp Remdering Error

Hey! So I was creating a project. Once I finished, I precomposed it, and deleted the other auotsaves from my one drive. When I tried to export my project, the classic "Motion tile cannot allocte a buffer larger than 30000 pixles" popped up on my screen. I already knew that I'd just have to decrease the motion tile size, but I can't access each clip anymore. Only the precomp. Any advice?
