Move Creative Cloud licence from a PC to a Mac

I need to move my licence from a PC to a Mac. How do I cancel it on the PC and activate on the new Mac?

There is no need to cancel it on the PC and activate on the new Mac.

Simply go to www.creative.adobe.com, sign in with your Adobe ID as you did on PC and download the creative cloud apps on your Mac.
