Move installation from desktop

For some reason, when I installed PSE 13 on my Windows 7 machine, it installed in a folder on my desktop. I'd like it in my C drive with all my other applications. Is there a way to accomplish this short of a full install? If I do need to do a full install, anything I should beware so it doesn't screw up my organizer catalog, etc.?

If you drill down thru the C drive using File Manager you are likely to find the Desktop living in there.  C:/Users/Public/Desktop
