Moving my copy of Photoshop Elements 11 to another computer

When I purchased my present Windows computer it was preloaded with Photoshop Elements 11. I would like to move this program to my new computer , but I don't have the serial number and it is not registered.

Is there some way to register this copy now? Is there some way to get the serial number?
