Could you please ellaborate the issue like on which hard drive are you trying to move/install PS? Is it an internal or external hard drive?

We will always recommend to install PS on the root hard drive i.e. where you have your OS installed. Which OS do you have anyway?

I suppose, by downloading you mean installing here.

So, if you are lossing space on your internal/root hard drive, i would suggest you to move the pictures rather than the installed applications.
