Moving programs

I am retiring my old Windows XP computer and want to move all my Adobe programs to my new Windows 8 computer. What is the best way of doing that? All the Adobe numbers are in my profile.

Run Help --> Deactivate on the old syste mand then simply install fresh on the new one.
