Moving to A New Computer

I have Lightroom & Photoshop CS 5, both downloaded.  Will Adobe allow me to download them again for the new computer?  Without having to buy them again?

    You can install both of them on 2 machines.

    Just to elaborate , you can download the software on as many machine as you want , but can't use it on more than 2 machine ,as the activation limit is 2 only.
