Moving to new Macbook, license not accepted

Hi

I have Lightroom 5 installed on both my old Macbook and my IMac. I have now bought a new Macbook but when typing in the serial number of my Lightroom copy, it's not accepted. What do I need to do?

    Adobe license allows TWO activations, so you need to DE-activate on 1 or 2 before you may activate on 3
