After updating to Windows 10, I can't open most of my creative cloud programs.  The only one that will work is Lightroom.  The rest keep giving me a 'MSVCP120.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contrains an error.  Error status 0x000012f' message.  I've purchased dll File Fixer, and replaced both 110 and 120dll files.  Plus run vcredist.  And deleted and reinstalled the programs.  No luck.  Photoshop etc, still wont open.  What do I do?

I was trying the trial version of Photoshop Elements. If it can't load, I will try some other company's product. It is not robust in it's installation.

Hi armanda,

We're really sorry for all the trouble. Are you getting any specific error message while launching the application? Could you please let us know the exact version of Photoshop Elements you have installed on your machine?

Regards,

Mohit

I'm beyond frustrated.  I pay for your full suite each month and now I can't get it to work on my new laptop with windows 10.  It just stopped working and gave me this error message.  I tried all your fixes and still no use.  I'm about to cancel my subscription unless Adobe can fix this problem of theirs.
