Multiple installs

My wife and I have a Photoshop CC license on each of our respective laptops.  I am in the process of building a third.  Would it be possible and legal to install Photoshop on the third computer?  If so, would logging in to Photoshop on my laptop preclude me from logging in to Photoshop on the new computer, thus creating a floating license?  The laptop has but limited space but it is portable while the new computer has an SSD and a large storage drive...

    each single user license allows the licensee to install and activate on up to two computers (not to be used at the same time).
