Muse download stuck at 57% Error C117

I can't download muse on my pc. İt stucks %57 I tried to download with adobe creative cloud but it stucks %42 too. I cleaned everything after I tried muse but I couldn't solve this problem. Please help me I tried so much things.

Anılç17465197 the error C117 indicates that the downloaded files are corrupted.  Please use an alternate Internet connection or provider to see if you encounter the same error.  If you are on a wifi connection then please connect via Ethernet.

If you are already on an Ethernet connection then try an alternate Internet provider to see if you encounter the same corrupted download.

Could you paste the turkish warning into this as text, so we can use the translation tool? Or, even better, translate it for us.

My turkish is very very low. I don´t even know "thanks" without google translate.
