Must RE-install CS5 on Windows 10

Hi folks, I really need your help! My computer was hacked and then I had it serviced (the hard drive was wiped out). Now I'm trying to RE-install my Adobe CS5. I got it to install but not successfully. Once I tried to install it I had problems with something called Sign-In. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it won't install properly. What happens is it looks "normal" but it won't include all the fonts I used to have such as: Papyrus, Copperplate, etc. I'm not sure if there are other aspects of it that are not working properly. Please help! Thank you!

Thank you but i have two questions:

    1. I'm not already on the Cloud so how would I connect?

    2. How do I use/provide Windows 7 compatibility?
