my account is 12-month prepaid card, can i renew the membership by a new 12-month prepaid card?

HI all,

as my account membership is expired, I bought another 12-month prepaid card, aim to renew my account.

after I entered the activation key, and upload my student card for approval (my account is educational version, I was requested to upload my student card for approval),  now the creative cloud cannot be opened, is it because of waiting for approval?

I tried to download the trial version of Photoshop,  it also cannot opened.

so what i should do next?

please advise, thanks!
