My account is activated but why I can't open ai. file?

I had settled payment and activated account after free trial. But I've couldn't open my ai.file.

Serial number was needed. How can i find my serial number and why can't open my file?

    Try to open your creative cloud app, then sign in and then try to open illustrator and illustrator file

    What is the exact error message?

    Can't you launch Illustrator or can't you open a file?

    1. Make sure you are signed in
    2. Can you create a file?  (Checking if it is working)
    3. Try resetting the preferences (corruption causes problems)
    4. Try to open another AI file to see if it opens (checking if it opens AI files)
    5. Make sure your AI is a format that can open (CS 3 or better)
    6. Can you open the file in Acrobat? (checking if the file is corrupt)
