My account is suspended
So i have a problem with my adobe creative cloud. I subscribed may 20th because of the discount which is big. but july 20th i'm waiting for my account to be billed and nothing came.
i contacted support about the issue and told me that my account is suspended.. i don't get it because i have money on my card and it not past the grace period of 21 days which i read in the faq.
so why am i suspended? and why i'm not billed when clearly i have money on the account. the support who i talked with said i could just subscribe again but without the discount.
please help me.
