i just got on my account and my account shows no registered products and i haven't transferred or even reviewed my account recently. how do i get access my products?

6 years later, and STILL the ssme issues?

Unfortunatelydownloads are NOT available if you don't first enter a SERIAL NUMBER - and if I had those I wouldn't be at adobe trying to recover my serial numbers fyom my account, which DOES NOT dhow my products registered in 2010!
