My Acrobat DC is not working even though I bought it

My Acrobat DC is not working even though I bought it a few montbs ago for a year

Now it's saying enter activation- I have no idea where that resides now

can't start a new trial- it's a mess any ideas out there

Acrobat Pro DC costs US $14.99/month for a 1 year subscription.  Can you please log-in to your Adobe account to confirm your plan is active and payment details are current?
