my Adobe CC doesn't have adobe Fonts and Clouds file

my adobe cc doesn't have adobe Fonts and Clouds file after updating adobe cc. lost all my fonts in Adobe Fonts and PS and AI can't use Typekit.

Did whatever I can and found nothing useful. Even called their customer service and they didn't even understand my problems and then put me on hold for one hour.

anyone can help me?

Unfortunately, I tried that before I posted. That didn't work. It's not the case you think. This happens to other devices with my account.
