My adobe creativ cloud do nothing after the initialisating :/

Hi, i downloaded adobe creativ cloud ( free version )  for used photoshop. I used it before so my pc can use this software.

So i donwload ACC and i lunch it. But its a little loading and after the loading i have nothing ...

just like quit. I cant do nothing. My config is for 64 bit, maybe its the problem ? i didnt found the ACC for 64 bit 😕😕 can someone help me please ?
