My Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection is registered and should be a stand alone product. When I try to open one of the programmes I get a pop up saying I have to renew my subscription with Creative Cloud. I have the free version of Creative Clo

Here is the message that I have sent to Adobe

I thought my issue was resolved however it has re-appeared.

It was my intention to forward a screen grab of the pop up that is being displayed; however there does not appear to be a mechanism

for doing this when re-opening the case.

I will describe the image.

A yellow triangle with an exclamation mark inside it. On the right hand side of the triangle there is a text stating

"We are unable to activate Creative Cloud"

Beneath the triangle further text states

"Product activation is required to use this product"

"You must have a working internet connection to activate this product. Please check your connection settings and choose Try Again"

When I click on Try Again I am directed to a link called Subscription Manager on opening the hyperlink I then get a message stating

"Sorry this page is unavailable" in addition there is an "error returned 404" notice displayed.

I am connected to the internet 24*7, however the fact of the matter is that my Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection is a "Stand

Alone" set of programmes and I should be able to use them when I am offline; there is no reason why I should be connected to Creativ
