I need help my Adobe creative suits CS6 its not working after my laptop upgrade? whats wrong and how this is can be fixed I need to use them asaap

Did you upgrade the operating system on your laptop or did you upgrade to a brand new laptop.

When you say not working, have you reinstalled CS6? Have you entered the serial number?
