I was using Adobe photoshop and indesign for university but am no longer attending so I lost access to my account, I have little space on my computer, tried using the cleaner tool on my mac but recieved errors of the appliction not responding.  After looking further I am missing at least one of my adobe folders, Adobe Download, and it is not appearing under my Time Machine backups. Is there anything I can do manually to uninstall adobe?

Correct answer alyssa_0391

uninstall the cc desktop app using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Thank you, I was able to get help from the university and then use the uninstaller correctly. I appreciate all of your support!

Thank you but as I stated the cleaner does not respond, I get the spinning color wheel every time I try. It won't let me past the agreements page. I am trying to uninstall the entire adobe creative cloud my apologies for not including that.
