My adobe product shows WIN but I am on a Mac

What did you buy, and when did you buy?
Go to https://accounts.adobe.com/ and click Plans & Products on the top bar
-then click VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS on the right to find a list of your programs and serial numbers
NOTE - never post a serial number in an open forum
