My app subscription/license saying its timed out.

The problem is that my subscription on my computer saying that its timed out, but when i try to buy it again it says "You already have a Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) in your account. We can not assign two licenses of the same product to one account."

Sooo, i HAVE paid for a year, but on my license on my app telling me not.
i HAVE cheked that im logged in on the same account.

Please help me, i need to make my thumbnails

The problem is, i have it on my desktop too and it works there.
Here, it just saying that "Controlling sofwarelicense"

I think ive tryed all FAQ and stuff like that.
