I'm a student and I bought the Student and teacher discount for the 19.99/mo. It told me that it would take 24 hrs to get an email. 

But I need to get into my apps now, is there anyway to get my serial number so that I could start on my classwork?

    Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work
