My boss has asked me to get our recent purchase of Adobe Design Standard v6 on disc

As usual trying to get in contact with anyone at a large IT corporation is proving to be quite problematic. Any solutions? Who would I contact? What Department? Any e mail address?

it would be a lot easier to burn your own disk using downloaded installation files,

    Downloads available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

Thank you. However, one issue. I know that in the past I've seen problems have been caused by multiple nomenclatures being used for a single type of programme . In this case Adobe Design Standard v6 is called C6 Design Standard. Can I suggest Adobe review and standardise the nomenclature used for its products. As someone who is only doing the installing and being unfamiliar with the broader range of Adobe products I find the lack of standardisation confusing

adobe calls it cs6 or 'creative suite 6'.  i've not seen adobe refer to any design standard suite as v6.
