My CC manager says the Apps are installed but they are definitely not! what can I do to install them for real? I can't find any "uninstall button" to relaunch the download afterward, as the Apps are not in my Application folder. (Mac)

Thank you for your help. After trying the 3 solutions I finally had the apps installed. But Acrobat Pro still appears as installed, but it's not. So I download the app from an other website to get a trial version. How can I finalize the installation? where can I get my Serial number?

    Thank you
