My colleague died suddenly - how to retrieve registered information of programs?

At work my colleague died suddenly and because of that we have no idea of the Adobe ID and password he used to register the companys Adobe programs. His work email is closed and therefore there is no way to renew the password and get to the registered Adobe programs in Adobe portal. How shall I proceed to get permission to get the right to log in to the portal to be able to get to the required installation information like serial numbers and quantity of licensees for the programs the Company owns?
