If you have a purchased license for Adobe Acrobat, then use the serial number while installation.

Also now which version of Adobe Acrobat Professional you are trying to install?

Click here to Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

    Hi Pedrog64359900,

We'll be happy to assist you, but before that we need to know some more information like,

Which Adobe product you have purchased ?

What is the exact error code/message if you are getting any?

What operating system you are using with the version?

Till then please refer to the below links for help:

    Hi Bani,

Thanks for getting back to me. I was trying to install Adobe acrobat 9 on a mac but then figure out there is no installer for it. So now I’m trying to install acrobat professional. I’m able to download it but when I try to install the dmg file it doesn’t do anything or ask for my key.

    OS X El Capitan

    Version 10.11.3

    Thanks and let me know,

    PG
