My computer crashed and I had a new logic board placed in it

Now I am trying without success to get my adobe apps downloaded to my repaired computer. I've tried downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app, but I get a message in Japanese that a problem has arisen. What is the problem? And can I get an English version of Adobe support even though I live in Yokohama?

I have been a cloud member for over two years. Why am I now suddenly having problem downloading?

Hi

Did you use migrating tool or something in order to recover your data from broken computer to repaired one? It might have broken your licence information about Adobe apps.

You should use CC Cleaner Tool to get rid of broken information from your computer before installing. Please see the link below

In addition, to make sure of your successful installation, You'd better to delete all files and folders of Adobe apps manually. Please check out the page below to know where those are in your Mac.

Delete previously installed application files (Mac OS X)

Well, after I returned from work, I tried again to download the adobe creative cloud desktop app. Voila! Success.
