My Computer crashed and I lost Indesign CS4. It isn't in Order History to download, how can I get it back?!

Hi,

My computer crashed and I lost Indesign CS4.  I want to upload it to my new computer (a PC), but it is no longer appears in my Order History (I bought it in 2008).  It only appears in My Products, but with no Download button.

How do I get it back?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
