My computer crashed, can I install Photoshop CC if I have it installed on a different computer also?

I had Photoshop CC Cloud version installed on 2 different computers.  One of them had a hard drive crash.  How do I download and install it on the same computer when I get it repaired?

Ok, I had it installed on 2 computers already (The one that crashed, and another one)  Is this going to be possible?  Will Adobe think I am trying to install 3 copies? 

When I get the new hard drive, it will be a fresh install of Windows.
