my computer crashed had to reload . lost Element 9 but has no disc. I have S?N how can I deload?

I have had to reload my computer after a virus attack but I lost my Photoshop Elements 9.

I have lost my disc to reload so how do I do this?

I have the S/N

Can anyone help?

    I tried downloading Elements 9 (took forever) however, I had to leave it until the morning and when I got to it in the morning I had Elements 12 trial version which froze when it was finished.

    I am now trying again but slow going.
