My computer crashed - I need to be IN TOUCH WITH AN ACTUAL PERSON TO DEACTIVATE CS6!

With the price of this program, the lack of ability to get in touch with someone who can deactivate on a crashed computer is pathetic... the worst ever. You SHOULD be able to deactivate it from your account!!! Anyone who can help, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Adobe Support no longer resets activations.

    You need to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations.  Phone support will not assist. Discussing any other topic with chat is likely to end up with you being directed back to the forums.

    OMG Ned Murphy... you are a saint!!!  Thank you so much!!  I just used the chat and the activations are reset. I can't thank you enough - this frustrated me all day yesterday, and kept me awake most of the night. I'm going back to bed!!!!
