My computer crashed so I could not deactivate my CS5.5. Now I cannot activate it after downloading on my new computer. Adobe makes it nearly impossible to get help with this. Does anybody know who I can contact?

Like the user before me, my computer has crashed twice and both times I had to do a clean install so I cannot revert back to do a deactivation. Unfortunately Adobe is now complaining that my activation limit is reached. I can't find help other than Adobe Virtual Assistant and that went nowhere. Where can I go to get help? Thank you.

Are you saying Adobe will not even try to help me reset my account? This doesn't seem too helpful. There must be a way for Adobe to resolve this issue as there are quite a few people with this issue.

    Thank you,

For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option - ask them to reset your activations (nothing else or they might deny helping)...

That's interesting because when I went there awhile ago, the chat option wasn't showing. Thanks!

You're welcome.  It is a quirky page that sets up differently depending on how you approach it - if you are lucky.
