My computer was reformatted. Now I cannot register my CS5 Extended. How can I re-register?

    You can only register your software once - usually after you first install it.  What stage of doing something (?) with the software are you having difficulty?  Are you reinstalling it and stuck at some point?

    I thought Adobe changed their policy on re-registration in 2012. I purchased Photoshop CS5 Extension in 2010. Am I excluded from the current Adobe policy?

    What policy is that?  Can you point to it?  You might have "registration" confused with some other activity - maybe "activation"?
