Creative Suite 6 Production Premium was intalled on a Surface Pro 3 that was stolen. How do I deactivated the serial number so I can install it on a replacement machine? There appears to be no

way to contact someone at Adobe about this issue.

try a different browser and make sure your browser allows cookies.

Browser did not matter. I had to say I was with a non-profit to get to a chat. They transferred me to support who fixed the issue.

if that was part of a cc subscription, install the cc desktop app on your new computer and sign in, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial

if you're signing in on a 3rd computer, you will be prompted to sign out from the other two.  that will stop the cc apps from working on the stolen computer.
