My creative cloud crashes as soon as I try t load it up from the desk top??? any one who can help me?

Hei Everytime I try to load up the Creative cloud from my desk top it crashes!! I have tried to re-install it but nothing works can anyone help. I have tried contacting Adobe but I just get a reply to say the mail box is full, this is very frustrating.

Hi,

Please remove the OPM.db file and relogin into the Creative Cloud desktop application using the Adobe ID tied to your subscription.

This is all I get! and I am using OsX Yosomite version 10.10.3 I have been using adobe creative cloud since the 27th of August 2014 It is not quite due for renewal yet.

Hi,
