My Creative Cloud Desktop application is blank? Several times I have uninstalled and installed again, but still blank, completely white. Someone who has tip? I dare not uninstall any program if it would not work to install them again, because I use them every day. I have CC subscriptions.

Correct answer mosesparente

Thank you Mosesparente.  Please remove the contents of /Users/<UserName>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE.  You can access your hidden User library by holding down the option key and using the Go Menu from the Finder.

Then please try re-opening the Creative Cloud Desktop application and signing back in.

Thanks, I just fixed the problem with the support of the chat.

I uninstalled the CC app,

deleted the Adobe Application manager folder,

deleted the AAMUpdater and OOBE folder in the hidden ~/library > Application support > Adobe folder,

deleted the Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folders in /library > Application support > Adobe folder,

downloaded and reinstalled CC app.

Thanks

THANK YOU FOR THIS ANSWER! The chat techs couldn't help. I spent 6 hrs trying to get this to work. After 20+ posts on this I finally found the answer that worked for me! Helajn

Helajn please try solution 2 in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.

Mosesparente which operating system are you using?  If it is a variety of Windows then can you also indicate if you are using a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows?
