My creative cloud keeps loading. Would you may fix that, please?

It keeps loading all the time even I quit then re-open again. I use Mac. Thank you

Same it has been happening for some time now and when I read the reviews they were all so good and I was excited to see it but it took forever. I am on a google chromebook.

Hey there!

Just had the same problem with my creative cloud as well.
I just went to my task manager and ended all the tasks related to adobe programs and then re-launched the creative cloud app!

Stopped loading and opened withing two seconds.!

I had this problem and got the issue fixed (without uninstalling the app).

For me it was a firewall issue.

For Mac: Go to System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Select "Firewall" tab, select the bottom left lock icon to make changes, select "firewall options" button > click "+" icon and add adobe creative cloud and make sure it says "allow all incoming connections".

Restart the app, and it should load.

I have the same problem with cancy and because it keeps loading I can't install Adobe Photoshop CC. Is there any way to fix this? By the way I'm using Windows 7 32 bit. Thank you.
