My Creative Cloud updates fail - looking for "DE" resources but my version is "EN"

My Creative Cloud updates fail - it appears to be looking for "DE" resources but my version of CS6 is "EN" - I am on a Mac OS 10.8.4 and am in USA not Denmark. Here is the error message from the Adobe Extension Manager CS6 6.0.7 Log:

ERROR: DF019: Unable to find the file to patch. Re-install the product & then apply the patch again. (Unable to locate file to patch at "/Applications/Adobe Extension Manager CS6/Adobe Extension Manager CS6.app/Contents/Resources/de.lproj/MainMenu.nib")(Seq 7)

When I check the path /Applications/Adobe Extension Manager CS6/Adobe Extension Manager CS6.app/Contents/Resources/ I find a file named "en.lproj" not "de.lproj".

Please advise.

Ps. My have Version 1.1.1.220 of Creative Cloud and in the Preferences it says App Language: English (North America).

Also, when I try to update within an app for example I just tried Dreamweaver - part of the update completed but the Adobe Extension Manager CS6 failed with this error:

Extension Manager 6.0.7 Update

Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7

I have version 6.0.0.412 of Extension Manager
