My Creative Suite CS6 Production Premium seems to have lost its serial number info. How do I re-enter my serial number?

    See if there is an "Activate" option under the help menu.  If not, try uninstalling, using the CS Cleaner tool, then reinstalling.

    Me too.  I bought mine from a third-party vendor a decade ago, and it worked fine until my HD crashed and I had to reinstall my CS6 Master Collection on a new one.  Had to purchase third-part serial number recovery software to do so, and when I input the serial number it turned up for my CS6 MC I was told it was an "invalid number."  Turns out Adobe sold batches of SNs to third-party vendors and later decided to invalidate them.  Ha ha.  I bought it in good faith and Adobe VALIDATED it for over a DECADE until this happened, so as far as I'm concerned it's ADOBE that cheated me, NOT the TP vendor.  I WON'T RENT SOFTWARE, so I'm switching to the Affinity graphics products.  Goodbye, Adobe.

    What is more likely is that a business illegally sold 'extra' copies of a volume license to a vendor
