My CS6 is not working anymore

Why is my serial number not working anymore? Until Christmas everything was working fine . Around new year CS6 stopped working. Serial number is not accepted. After deinstallation I try to install again. But my serial (also listed in my Adobe account) does not work.

The linked website support page no longer loads - I get the appalling 'page not found' message where it should be saying 'we have turned off the activation servers so tough on you thinking you had bought the product'

But that would be wrong, since the CS6 activation servers have NOT been switched off. Only CS, CS2, CS3 as of today (15 Dec 2020).
