Hi There,

I have the cs6 master collection that was bought just before everything switched to cloud. I have it all on USB and have been using it happily for the last year or so. It was registered / licensed with no problems but now I can not use any of my programs. Every time I try to open a program it comes up with these screens and is asking for a serial number.

I've already done this a year ago, and can't find the key I used. I have the USB to install everything again but it doesn't have the serial number anywhere on it. I don't understand why it is asking me to do this when I have already registered when I first bought the collection.

Please help, this is incredibly frustrating.

Update: I found my serial number with my adobe account and have tried to enter it in but am now being told that my serial number is invalid. It's definitely not.

Here are a couple places to look for a solution to this too common problem

    Invalid serial number error

Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite
