My Experience With Adobe

I got adobe to do some graphic design and planned to use it for a month. Tried to cancel after a month and got charged for the next 4 months. Now I have to pay a cancellation fee because I signed up for an annual plan... I talked to online support and got no sympathy. Out $120 and looking for other graphic design apps.
