My free trial is not working at my ID [e-mail address removed by moderator].  please ensure me its working or not.

  1. "Not working" doesn't tell us much.  What if any error messages or codes are you seeing?
  2. Which operating system?
  3. Only 1 trial allowed per customer computer.  Have you had a trial before?
  4. Does your computer meet the system requirements to run Creative Cloud + any other apps you intend to use?  See link below for details.
