Download & Install instructions https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003339 may help

-includes a way to go to a page to download Adobe programs if you don't have a disc or drive

    -Cloud desktop http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-desktop.html

    -Cloud Getting Started https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud.html

-you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs

Thank you John for the response.  I have been able to download the software.  However, I think in 30days it may not be available according to the download information.  I did enter my serial number as requested when I started the application.  The screen said that I was upgrading from a product to Adobe Acrobat 9. Since I was not upgrading the product (just reinstalling a product that I have already purchased) I had to answer the question that I would register later.  It then said I only had 30 days to enter the serial number for the product that I was upgrading from.  Can you explain this?
