My illustrator stopped working today, AA manager wont´t start. i tried to download first, and after extracting the file i got this error : "Cant find the procedure start adress initializecriticalsectionEx in DLLfile Kernel32.dll”.. (translated from swedish) i also tried to uninstall AA manager but it can´t be found among the other programs that CAN be uninstalled! What to do?

Hi, no i did not try that, because there was only older versions.. anyhow now it works. But i still have another problem: Very often when i open eps files, i get the message "the file are made in newer version and can´t be open". ?? How is that possible? I mean if i have a cloud solution, it should be the latest version, right?

Antonelloz31274240 have you tried applying the update directly from Product updates?

Antonelloz31274240 what are you referring to in regards to the AA manager?  What version of Windows are you using?  What version of Illustrator are you opening and then receiving the error message?
