My internet connection is ADSL1 It's been 17hrs that CC photoshop has been downloading .

All i see is a circulating blue icon. No indication of how much or how long to go in downloading. What do I do now?

Please try to perform the following steps.

Delete the opm.db file.

Close the Creative Cloud application.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
Delete the opm.db file.
Launch Creative Cloud.
