My laptop crashed and can't download Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2019

Hi,

My laptop crashed and I cant download anymore the Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2019 - Enlish - Windows.

It was a download version from a online dutch store (bol.com). How can fix this?

If you registered the program with your Adobe.com account, click on this link and it should take you to the Products page of your account.  You will find a download link for any registered product that you have purchased and also the serial number.  If you did not have to register the program, you should contact the store where you purchased it.  If you purchased a registered product, you should be able to set the language when you install the program.  The option will appear in one of the first dialogs that appear.

hopefully, you registered with adobe or i think you'll need to contact the vendor. ie. prodesigntools versions are probably not compatible with you serial numbers. and you need to check the account used when you registered.

      Change the language when installing.

       

      You will need your serial numbers for each program to get past the trial:

          now secure the installation files and serial numbers for future use. do not rely on others when it's easy to maintain independence.
